Do you accept returns?
GirlyPlaces Quality Control Team will take care of all items you ordered. Quality of our products is guaranteed. Just make sure that you have checked your size carefully according to the size chart on the product page. However, if you are not completely satisfied with items you received, you may return any unused or defective merchandise within 30 days.

 
Can I process an exchange?
Of course! To save your time, just place a new order and return the item you received. Please be noted that you can exchange an item for once only.

 
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your order in our warehouse, it usually takes up to 5 business days (from the time that we receive your package) for us to issue refund to your account.


How to return or exchange an item?

  • 30 Days Return Warranty
    Customers can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving the item.

      • Contact us before return any items
        Please send an email with the title "I want to Return/Exchange an item" and describe your issue in detail (reasons of return, order number, product ID) to service@girlyplaces.com. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video.

          • The Responsibility Declaration
                We will accept return (issue refund) or exchange (once only) if GirlyPlaces is responsible for the problem.
                  Customer should pay the return shipping fee and resend shipping fee if customer decide to return or exchange an item because of ordering an incorrect size, color or product. Please be noted that in this case, shipping fee will not be refunded.
                    All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags.
                      We do not accept returns on discounted items. Unless a customer received the wrong item or the item was faulty.
